Well being a resident producer myself, I dislike writing negative reviews, but this agent left me no choice. Customer service is paramount in the insurance business, and unfortunately Anthony does not understand the meaning of it. I was stranded outside of Peach Springs AZ, and I needed to get a tow back to Kingman Az. I had limited cell service and called Anthony for help. He looked up 3 different tow companies and instructed me to call them. What. I could barely hear him as I explained, and he did not have the decency to call them himself to arrange a tow. Then he informed me that my policy only covers $75 worth of that tow. Well, if I had know that, I would have had AAA instead, who would have covered my $418 tow bill back to Kingman. It's funny how insurance agents promise you the sky when you sign up, but when it comes down to a claim, they run the other direction. I guess that's why in his Farmers profile, He has listed 1 year of experience. Stay away, and ask lot's of questions about your policy before you sign up with Farmers insurance. Also get an agent with a lot more experience, other than Anthony Osuna! Extremely disappointed. R. B.
